Join us on Nov 18th as Jazz Unlimited presents The Yoginis Indian Jazz Project. They deliver exciting, fresh sounds fusing Indian Classical, Jazz, and Latin influences. Founded by Pianist Yogi McCaw, The Yoginis Indian Jazz Project has performed in India in conjunction with the Ministrty of Culture, and here at the Flavors of India and Anandamela, the top regional festivals of Indian Culture. Their music has appeared in the acclaimed film Dalai Lama Renaissance featuring His Holiness, and the song Basant Blue placed top 10 in the WOMEX International Songwriting contest. The band personnel for this gig are: Yogi McCaw/keyboard Pandit Debi Prasad Chatterjee/sitar Bob Antolin/woodwinds Tor Dietrichson/tabla.
